I added new, from other user. Probably these videos will be deleted in few hours so if somebody didnt see the fight its still a chance
No significant weakness? You wouldn't call the fact that he ran out of gas in the 9th round a significant weakness? He does that against a heavyweight puncher, and he would have been knocked out. He's a bit lucky that Estrada can't crack an egg. Anyway, I watched it live and had it 116-112 Adamek. I have no idea how anyone could score it for Estrada. Adamek CLEARLY won rounds 3 - 8, and was looking better and better every round until he ran out of gas. Even if you gave every other round to Estrada, it was still a draw.
This was a much more real test for Tomasz than the Golota fight. He won, and probably learned a few things that he needs to fix for the next fight. I'd love to see Adamek vs Povetkin instead of Adamek vs Arreola. I just cannot get sold on Arreola and I think that a fight between Goral and the Rusky Vityaz would do huge numbers in Europe or the East Coast.
Bitter your predictions didn't come true? Estrada won 4 rounds tops. Get over it drama queen. Adamek won a comfortable UD sending Jason on his was to become a journeyman. :hi:
I agree with This. Thing that worries me the most is adameks stamina at hw , as we could see it wasnt really great in this fight and thats a pretty bad sign considering Adamek usually gets stronger as the fight goes on, he's well-known for losing few of the early rounds just to adapt and accelerate in the 2nd half to finish very strong in the later rounds , we didnt see it this time. Hopefully the only time. There is no way he can gass out like that against serious puncher like arreola for example :-( Plus i think arreola will make him work harder in every round than estrada did , thats another factor that tells us adamek needs to improve in stamina department before his next fight , i think the time will help him in accustoming to new weight but losing few pounds sounds like a good idea too.
I agree. I gave Estrada rounds 2, 9, 10 and 12, though I thought you could make arguments for 1, 2 and 9 going either way. Adamek was the busier fighter for most of the fight though, and he moved his feet a lot more than what I'm accustomed to seeing, which makes me think that was part of the reason he got tired.
He better get used to it , cuz thats the only way he can fight vs the naturally bigger guys like arreola , hit and move
So the question is ... since Arreola is slower than Estrada (he is raw but cant keep the same speed constantly during the whole fight) will Adamke's conditioning be still in trouble then?
