Nah. There's no one in my top 10 I'd take out for Dempsey. And I'm not even sure there's room for Marciano

Marciano is the only undefeated heavyweight champion despite having the shortest reach ever and starting at 25

    That alone is top 10

Are you basing your list on "greatness"/accomplishments or your assessment of their h2h abilities?

Not really. Résumé comes into it. Rocky doesn't do well there. Dempsey does even worse.

Its an exclusive list that looks like this as of now (brackets is H2H place), but it's most likely going to change.

    1. Muhammad Ali (5)
    2. Joe Louis (10)
    3. Lennox Lewis (1)
    4. George Foreman (2)
    5. Larry Holmes (8)
    6. Wladimir Klitschko (7)
    7. Joe Frazier (9)
    8. Sonny Liston (3)
    9. Evander Holyfield (11)
    10. Jack Johnson (N/A)

Because I think they beat more people than Ali
For example I pick both over Wladimir Klitschko who I pick over Ali
I pick Liston over Lewis, who I pick over everyone else.
Ali is one of 3 people I think beat Liston and 2 I think beat Foreman

Ali whilst beating both, doesn't beat as many people as they do.
A slugger who's a top 3 power at HW with a cast iron chin and great ring cutting off skills.
And after Ali he was at his worse, the one who pummeled Fraizer eats Young up and spits him back out.

I thought Ali was the clear top dog between Foreman, Frazier and himself, considering he was the only one to beat both

What? I can say I thought Max Schmeling was the clear top dog between Mickey Walker and Joe Louis, considering he was the only man to beat both.

It's pretty irrelevant to the point.

Invalid comparison since Walker never fought Louis but ok

Do remember Ali wasn't even prime when he dismantled Foreman

Fine. I can say that Loughran was the best out of Braddock, Baer and himself because he was the only 1 to beat both

That might actually be a fair call, joking aside

Of course Baer was goofing off in that fight but still
