You're not eating the right stuff, you don't need supplements. Just have more meals during the day, but eat them in small portions. This will speed up your metabolism and you won't starve yourself

    Water is always good.
Skim milk is good source of lean protein + calcium and vitamin D.
Tea can be good too, yes.

But don't drink orange juice or any other juice you can buy at the store. Those are full of sugar and other stuff you don't want. Orange juice from real oranges you blend yourself are ok tough. If you only drink water, skim milk, and tea you will have to eat fruits or take vitamin supplements since you won't get vitamin from the juice you buy in the store anymore.
And no soda and alcohol beverages.

You have to now I am the kind of guy that gets fat easy tough.
It took me a long time to find the right way to eat and drink to build up muscle, lose fat and stay strong.
And my best weight is at 185 but they don't have that weight class where I live so I choose to go down to 178.

Since you mentioned you are not fat and in pretty good shape I would not bother to much with diets. Just eat healthy but don't be to strict. Stay strong so you can train hard. Training hard is way more important.

hmm says... just go all-natural bro. If you're worried about your eating habit, just keep this in mind.... eat to get the nutrition value.... now-a-days people are fat cause they eat for fun, to indulge themselves, to celebrate, to socialize, etc...... if you eat just for your nutritional value and nothing more and with a good workout ethic, you'll be in good shape without worrying about supplements.... best way is lots of running.

Yes, you can eat loads of food as long as they are all natural and you work out hard.
Steak once ore twice a week, for the rest loads of chicken.

    hmm says...

chicken breasts all the way. Just remember, when eating meat, the larger the animal and the more legs, the more fat it has.
    beef > pork > chicken > fish

also... when eating... don't eat big portions... for instance.. it's better to have 5 meals at small portions than 3 meals of large portions. Just think of a fireplace... if you put 3 large logs, they will burn a long time... if you put 5 small logs, they will burn faster.. just like the human body.

I also heard Hydroxycut has been linked to serious liver problems. Just goes to show that there are no short cuts. No supplement can replace hard work and a good diet.

hydroxycut has been pulled off the shelves due to deaths in some from liver and kidney failure. always better to lose weight naturally.
