That's not what he meant and you know it. The reporter asked him looking back, and looking back they didn't take the fight because of the blood doping demands. One can either look at it as they should have taken the fight or the demands for blood testing should not have been requested. He brought up testing demands because something didn't look right and boxing is a small community and people talk. This same type of "scared testing" as you call it is damn near standard today and is a great thing. If you have nothing to hide you test period.
