    This.

It was hilarious when Calzaghe destroyed him.

    Panchito Bojado.
This guy supposedly was THE NEXT BEST THING.
At least Pavlik was undisputede mw king, and Lacy was a belt holder.

Arreola was hypejobed only by HBO. They tried to fill empty space in HW translations buying Arreola's fights with McCall, Adamek, Minto, Witherspoon but refuse to buy Wlad's fights against Chambers, Chagaev, Povetkin, Peter. It's ridiculous.

Great shout - this guy was the very definition of a hypejob. Some people were comparing him to a young Roberto Duran, and thought he could become a legendary fighter. Didn't really work out.

I always knew Lacy was waaaay over hyped. I remember seeing him get DOMINATED by Gaydarbek Gaydarbekov in the olympics. He looks nice, but I was never confident in his boxing ability.

I won a boat load of money from casual boxing fans at my old job betting on Calzaghe to beat Lacy.

Francisco Panchito Bojado... I remember that guy was being called a champion way early in his career. He looked like he had all the tools. I remember salivating over the possiblility of a Bojado v. young Miguel Cotto superfight. Cotto kept his end of the bargain. I don't know what the hell happened to Panchito.

Haha. Still sore over that lashing Kessler took. Best to keep your other Euro champs away as well lest they get retired early. Bring it. :bbb:hi::deal

Little Harsh He did deserve a title shot and failed. He is still one of the most entertaining HW out there. I wish he did drop to 230 and get jacked. I thought he was gonna smash adamek.

There has been so many hype jobs in the recent years. The ones I can think of are -

    Kelly Pavlik
    Jermain Taylor
    Antonio Tarver
    Jeff Lacy
    Chad Dawson
    Andre Dirrell

All heavily hyped fighters that failed their big tests
