Now that Broner has a belt at 147lbs, expect him to hold it hostage and continue to fight feather-fisted bloated also-rans like Malignaggi, or slow Mexican plodders with no boxing skills. :patsch:dead

Will he step up to the plate and fight a real bona-fide Welter such as Kell Brook? :think

Bumsteak Broner is nothing but sheer hype. Brook batters him. Maidana mauls him. Even pillow-fisted Alexander annihilates
him with crisp bombos, stinging hooks, and lazer-like jabs. That is not conjecture, that is not speculation. That is ice-cold irrefutable scientific fact.:deal

If Broner does somehow in a moment of utter madness agree to fight a boxer of Brook's ilk, expect an hilarious episode of Shattered Glass.

Glass Jaws exist in boxing, and I strongly suspect that Broner is shielding one.:yep

At 147, he's definitely shielding glass. There's just no doubt in my mind that he's going to crumble like a cookie beneath a jackboot when someone lands a solid shot on his jaw.

I'll be disgusted if Broner Sr. doesn't offer to comb the hair of his son's conquerer when the KO does happen - a failure to do so would be despicable, vile behaviour.

Brook wouldn't batter him, but yeah.. I'd actually back Brook to beat him at 147 & I'm not completely sold on Brook yet either.

Everyone knows that Broner is a carefully managed, cherry picking hype job with a giant donger swinging from his hideous glass teeth :deal

The showtime commentary team were an absolute embarrassment to the sport last night with their delusional brainwashing techniques to try and sway the thoughts of the gullable American public, its quite clear that we have the hype-job of a generation on our hands right here in the well trodden path of Lacy, Tarver, Pavlik, Berto, Taylor, Dawson, Ward, etc etc :barf

Journeyman Malignaggi toyed with Broner landing delicious 4 and 5 piece combinations at will, flush on the gormless dome of Broner only for the corrupt officials to unearth a gift decision for America's latest mollycoddled cash - cow

Let me remind you that this is the same Paulie Malignaggi that Ricky Fatton and Glass jawed Amir Khan both travelled to America and completely dismantled in embarrassing fashion, yet a prime Broner could only eak out a gift decision against past-peak Malignaggi :rofl:patsch

If this is the best America has to offer the boxing fraternity right now, then I seriously fear for the sport across the pond, as a wilting generation of fighters in combination with improved drugs testing mean that America will soon be also-rans in the sport :deal

You can guarantee that Broners carefully managed career will mean he is steered well wide of Kell Brook, they know full well that if they fed Broner to Brook in his next bout, that Broner would get his glass teeth shattered all over the ring in crystal clear HD before a global audience of millions :yep

I'm a Brook fan but i don't think he is the next huge thing, he still has a lot to prove. But Brook would beat Broner, too strong and hits way harder than anyone Broner has faced. Broner is a KO waiting to happen, he's been protected all his career facing people with no power or strength. Brook is a solid all round fighter, it'd be easy money for him. I just hope Kell can get his career back on track after the injury.

Hatton and Khan blew Malignaggi away and Broner could barely win a SD doing little damage, says a lot.

Adrianna with the help from boxing joke book The Ring, aid from the bias American media as well as the backing from his problem children has become the biggest hypejob in boxing since Jeff Lacy. While the delusional fanboy is won over easily and deceived by the glistening jewelry, those who know boxing already knew the path being projected for America's latest hypejob.

First he gets pushed life and death by Fernando Quintero in a 8 rounder where Broner with the help of Goldenboy promotions gets the dodgy majority decision.

Then Ponce De Leon gave Adrianna a thorough beatdown in a 10 rounder, Adrianna who was visably the larger man was lucky the fight didn't go on a further 2 more rounds as he was embarrassingly getting bullied by the smaller PDL.

Adrianna then moves up from SFW without taking on the likes of Gamboa, or Uchiyama and wins a trinklet at Lightweight and suddenly gets ranked number 6 by the Ring Magazine, adding more hype to this hypejob. How can Broner be ranked ahead of Froch? Bradley? Hopkins?

Gavin Rees then exposes Adrianna to look like a James Toney wannabe by exploiting holes in his shoulder roll defense. Then calls the European level Rees a tough steak to eat in the post fight interview.

Broner then without fighting the likes of Vasquez or Richard Abril moves out of the 135 division, skips the tough 140 LWW division to the WW division and fights featherfisted guido Paulie Malignaggi who was dispatched by a shot Hatton, and glass jawed Khan years back.

Now Adrianna is saying the fans decide who he fighters next, but it is guaranteed he won't face Matthyyse, Maidana, Brook, Thurman or even glass jawed Khan and will probably face Shane Mosley, Judah, or Rees II instead.

Brook has achieved nothing and has not even fought anyone at the world level.
