But then to call calzaghes wins against roy jones and bhop wins against old men and shot fighters.
How many are going to say that pac was sensational now and that he beat an all time great only for the same people to say calzaghe fought old worn out fighters in bhop and Roy?
If your going to knock calzaghe for his victories then be consistent and knock the pac win for the fact he was against a punching bag.
The fact is there is FAR more life in roy jones and Bhop than there is left in Delahoya.
    Delahoya should stick to promoting

Difference is, Pac moved up in weight & fought a man who was bigger. I admit, DLH was "SHOT" & drained, but Pac was still more impressive than Calzaghe was

Yes it is. I don't get why people hate calzaghe so much. He is a great fighter and very underrated.

What the hell? "Far more life in RJJ than DeLaHoya", huh? What do you base that crazy statement on? Agreed, B-hop is still alive and kicking, but RJJ? Stop it, man, you're embarrassing yourself...

Well for one thing At least roy moved lol, delahoya looked like his legs were in cement bags.
Roy wasnt as washed up as delahoya, he looked in shape he looked focused and was coming off wins recently.
Delahoya didnt look good against forbes for christ sake.

Yeah, he went up one division from his natural fighting weight and beat B-Hop fair and square. Manny Pac jumped 2 divisions when he was already bloated as a lightweight. Don't forget, he started at 106!

Man, they fought at a catch of only 170. 2lbs was nothing for Cal to put on.

Your getting mixed up here, it was Pavlik who fought Hopkins at a catch weight of 170 pounds.

RJJ and DLH r about evenly shot. BHOP is well past it. His workrate is nothing like his early years, but a notch above the aformentioned. Remember RJJ was stopped by Tarver AND Glen Johnson b4 Calzaggy won a decision.

Hopkins & Calzaghe also fought at a catch of 170.

****... Wins over whom? Tito, and a couple of Jokers named Anthony Hamshaw and Prince Ajamu or some ****. Preceded by two knockout losses and a L12. I rate DeLaHoyuas tight loss to PBF over those. Admittedly ODLH was **** too, but to decisively say that there was far more life in RJJ is ludicrous.

No they did'nt that fight was at 175 for Hopkins Ring magazine title which Joe has in his possesion, if the fight was at a catch weight then Joe would'nt have been able to win the Ring belt.

Calzaghe's wins over these aging fighters were not so great either. He was down on his butt on both fights. Both were decisions (Hopkins - SD, Jones -UD), not as spectacular as Pac's win. So, Calzaghe deserved to be #3 in P4P rating.
