There is no need to get bitter, at the very least Paulie's word have more meaning than both of ours and like me, he thinks Miguel is the better fighter.

how can he say cottos better when hatton dominated him by winning every round and tkos him which cotto failed to do:?, this just sounds like sour grapes to me.

Well he has bullshitted his way into a position to fight two elite fighters whilst being a clubfighter himself - you would agree?

The fact that Paulie prefers Cotto is NOT in any way relevant to this thread. Neither man had their best night at 140 against Paulie.

paulie although taking a beating, was landing on cotto and was in the fight, he wasn't with hatton. if paulie had not held constantly after feeling hattons power in the 2nd hatton would have stopped in the middle rounds.

well, you can check out the whole interview at the website, but what I understood was that he basically wasn't able to perform well agaisnt Hatton because of the constant worry he had with his right hand which led him to not throw the punches he wanted and as much as he wanted. He also said Hatton wasn't stronger than him and that he didn't really punch hard. I personally haven't seen anything that leads me to believe Paulie has sour grapes with Hatton, if anything he seems to like Hatton more than Cotto. But you don't have to beleive,I just thought his "say" on this would be of significance.

ps: I'm out people, I'm currently doing some last minute preparations for a test :hi:, I'll be back later...

    based on what????

prior to his fight with Cotto, he TKO'd Vargas twice then beat Collazo, which were 3fights in 2years

Tszyu beat Mitchell, Leijia, and Tackie 3 fights in 3years...he was a part time fighter, fighting once a year and his opposition wasn't as good as Mosleys

plus Mosley has been active year after year while Tszyu aint

any form of Mosley is better then any form of Tszyu......

if Mosley fought Tsyzu it's obvious what would of happend

well take a look at my avatar and tell me if that don't look like a hard punch? and hatton would have hit him a lot more if paulie wasn't continually grabbing his legs.

as far as not throwing his right as much as he wanted, this was the biggest fight of his career, if that was the case he should have thrown it until it broke (or maybe not), as opposed to not throwing incase it did break, but i think that's just an excuse for a total domination.

and as far as strength, that's unimportant, but i would go with hatton on that one.

Did Hatton break Paulie's orbital bone and rearrange his face?

what's that got to do with what i said? he was landing on cotto and won some rounds, he wasn't landing on hatton hardly at all and won one round. he held much more with hatton as well, and would have taken a much worse beating and probably been stopped earlier if he didn't.

Hmm, Cotto doesn't like pressure. Tough fight but Hatton at his best shades it. At 147 he gets moidered.

That's as cynical as comments go. Hatton was inflicting the damage that caused Paulies corner to stop the fight. What's the problem/issue?
