Armstrong too "arm strong" for Luis...overwhelms him over 15, but no knockdowns along the way.

Oh yeah, Luis, I was drawing a blank.
"Big" George over "Big Daddy" any day of the week. "Old" George TKO 4. "New" George 12 UD.

Salvador Sanchez. Vs. Erik Morales 15 rounds.

Haha, it's not the easy to pick fight some might think this, even though his performances were inconsistent, Morales was some force of unbreakable nature. But Sanchez to come good over the distance, some outside boxing and jabbing getting a few crucial points. Morales exerts pure pressure which makes for drama here, a battle that produces some of the best rounds ever.

Erik Morales vs Azumah Nelson at 126.

Sanchez's superior footspeed and boxing ability are the difference as he beats Morales on points. In general, bad style matchup for Morales IMO.

I'm taking Escalera to dg it out on points, boxes well and the fight would have some exciting bits as well

I think "The Proffesor" takes a close decision in this. Nelson is actually a good boxer & better on defense. Also Azumah has a very strong chin. Nelson 12 Split Decision.

Esteban DeJesus .Vs. Juan Manuel Marquez (Another Light. Tourny Omission)! Kidding!:yep 135 Lbs.

Tough one to call. I love JMM's precision punching and countering, and I think he may squeeze out a razor thin SD. If they fought 10 times, it could be 5-5 though.

Mike McCallum (1987) vs Oscar De La Hoya (2002) @ 154

McCallum has too much for Oscar at this weight and wins a clear decision.

    Next up:
Nino Benvenuti vs. Julian Jackson, @ 154 or 160 (Do you think it makes a difference?)

Jackson would be landing his bombs early & often. By the fourth or fifth Nino can take no more. Jackson Ko in Five.

Iran Barkley .Vs. Frank Fletcher @ 160. 12 Rounds

I'd pick Frank Fletcher to close very late on the strength of his body work. Fletcher SD Barkley.

Ruslan Chagaev v Bob Foster. 12 rounds at heavyweight.

I really want to give Foster a win here, miles better as a fighter for me, but he might even get stopped by Chagaev, that's all i have to go off from his performances at heavyweight. That said, the jab Bob posesses is great, plus that movement means he could get a decision defo.

    Chagaev i suppose.

    Gene Fulmer vs Kelly Pavlik.
