Zale takes Fullmer out before the tenth. Torrid scrap with both men on the floor. Lloyd Honeyghan v Ricky Hatton

Well i would say Honeyghan, it would be a good fight and they'd meet in the middle of the ring, Hatton has good skills in terms of cutting off the ring but that wouldn't be this type of fight, he'd have a strong fighter in front of him with some skills in terms of putting shots together. Honeyghan might win a decision, or dare i say he'd stop him late?

Basilio's relentless pace and roughneck style wilt Oscar's stamina late and break him down. Over 12 I see it being a close call, with Basilio coming on strong late. Over 15 I have little doubts that Carmen gets the stoppage, maybe in the 13th.

    Richie Kates vs Lotti Mwale

I've just seen a bit of Mwale, from that (quite ****) assessment i reckon Kates could beat him, he would be able to score off the jab and what it sets up.

Apologies for the not so great response but didn't want the thread to go stagnant.

Carlos Hernandez (the most recent one) vs Vilomar Fernandez

    Tito vs. Hearns @ 147 and 154.

Hearns better boxer and one punch KO power, but I pick Tito @ 154 to catch Hearns with a left hook and stop the weak chined, baby colt legged Hearns.

I pick Hearns @ 147 because of speed.

Fernandez too good of a boxer for "Famoso" to handle. Vilomar by UD. Hernandez would try & brawl, but would be thuroughly outboxed.

    Gabriel Ruelas .Vs. Rafael Limon

What a war. Limon and Ruelas go at it from the start getting drawn into a lugfest. Limons chin, toughness and seemingly endless stamina see him through for a mid round KO in a good fight. But Limon is cut up bad.

Arguello vs Sanchez @ FW then SFW

I'd take Sanchez by decision at 126. At 130 its impossible to say since Sanchez died before he could move up 130.

Early 70's Bob Foster vs mid 70's John Conteh

Tough one..That version of Conteh could just about beat any light heavy ever and some will say Foster was on the decline at this point.

Ill say Foster's jab and experience get him past the ultra talented Conteh at that stage...He grinds out a close points decision.

Tough scrap, but I think Urango might pull off a slight, close decision.

Nigel Benn versus "Bad" Bennie Briscoe 12 Rounds.

Benn at his best, which was circa 1991-95,imo,would get a split decision over Briscoe. Ken Norton v Michael Dokes.

That would be a very entertaining fight but i'll take Norton if pressed, his man's hittable and he would just do the scoring with them hard shots imo.

Winner stays on, Norton vs Bruno

No its not. I have a fight where he fights at 129lbs and looks just the same fighter.

Norton. He's just better. Bruno might be able to land one of his big shots early but I say that he uses his jab, which Norton gets around enough to pressurise Bruno and stop him in around 7.

EDIT: It WAS Moon vs Khaosai at super-fly, but I'm going for a weird one.

Jose Napoles vs Kelly Pavlik @ Middleweight.

I just don't know, i'm trying to go for Moon who i like better, but Galaxy is just so busy. Maybe a great level fighter like Moon who dominates centre ring would be a foil though? I just don't know. I'll pick Galaxy tentatively to take a war of attrition on the cards.

Winner stays on, Khaosai Galaxy vs Luis Estaba
