    Louis by early KO. Complete and utter mismatch. Taking punches from MW's and a few light HW's in no way qualifies taking them from the best composite puncher the HW division has ever seen. LaMotta could get seriously hurt here.

    LaMotta did take Bob Satterfields punches so he wouldn't necesarily fold under Louis's fists like oragami.

    Still it took a truly exceptional fighter to last the distance against a prime Louis and I don't think that LaMotta had the stylistic requisites.

    With all due respect to Bob Satterfield.

    Bob Satterfield is no Joe Louis.

    And yes Lamotta would be stopped early not just because of Louis's power but his precision and accuracy and ensure that is an early night.
