hypothetically say Wilder and Fury fought a 4th time

The "reality" is Wilder floored him twice and successfully defended his WBC title for the eighth time in his first fight with Fury. And Fury didn't win the title until he stopped Wilder in Wilder's 11th title defense.

Fury should be thankful Wilder gave him a second chance. If Anthony Joshua hadn't gotten knocked out by Andy Ruiz in the summer of 2019, Fury likely wouldn't have gotten one.

It's been four years. Accept it already.

Ok, Wilderboy, you should accept it - people are viewing it different, so officially - yes, we all saw how the Americans saved their boxer. The truth is different. As for me - I'm fine: Fury is still undefeated, while Wilder got raped twice, saying all kind of the most pathetic excuses so we all saw him what a lowlife he is. Dosser.

"Reality" and how people "wish it had turned out" are two different things.

The "reality" is ... Wilder successfully defended his title against Tyson Fury in fight one. And he made two more successful defenses after that.

Wilder would be an ATG fighter of tomatoe cans, white collar boxers, journeymen and bums!

If Wilder beat Usyk and Fury back-to-back, he would automatically become ATG; well deserved.
    That's two big IFs.
Whoever beats Usyk will be remembered in boxing history.
Whoever beats Fury will be remembered in boxing history.
But the question is whether Wilder would be seen as a bigger fighter than Fury.
I don't know the opinions of boxing fans, haters, and the public, but in my eyes they would be equal, regardless of their score against each other.

I repeat, those are two big IFs, and if he succeeds, Wilder becomes the undisputed champion after a quarter of a century, and becomes the lineal champion, and becomes deservedly ATG.

No, because boxing is violent and a single punch can knock anyone out. And Fury has comprehensively outboxed and beaten him up over 3 fights. They weren't close. The knockdowns Wilder scored just showed that he's got good power.

that's an awful comparison. The reason some people believe that Marquez got the best of the series, myself included, is because pac was lucky as hell not to have at least one loss in their first three fights. So many saw them on equal footing going into the fourth fight despite the official results. Nobody in their right mind would argue that Fury and Wilder are close to being even after their three fights.

The majority of people thought Fury deserved the nod in the first fight, and he then stopped wilder twice. This is nothing like Marquez Pacquiao.

The majority of the people thought Manny was robbed in the first fight. There was a firestorm when that draw was announced on boxing boards.

And most thought there was zero need for a fourth fight after Manny floored and beat him in fight two and won again in fight three.

Then Manny got wasted in fight four. And the perception of that series changed drastically.

Hell, if there was a three knockdown rule, Manny would've won by TKO 1 in their first fight and he and Marquez probably never would've fought again.

It's not like Manny and Ricky Hatton fought four times after that quick win.

Doesn't matter anyway. I doubt Fury and Tyson will ever fight again unless Fury's career takes a tumble against Joshua or someone else and Wilder fights Usyk and beats him.

which means that many had Manny up 2-1 in close fights. But again perception of those fights was pretty split, I also remember alot of people making noise after the decision was announced in the third fight....whereas even if we go by the official results Fury has a draw and two STOPPAGE wins over Wilder. Not closely scored wins like Manny had over Marquez.

Also your point about the three knockdown rule doesn't mean anything. If my auntie had a dick she'd be my uncle...but she doesn't. Although I guess talking about 'what ifs' is commonplace for Wilder fans....what if there was a different ref in the first fight, what if Fury hadn't put egg weights in his gloves etc

The state where the fight took place (Nevada)has a three-knockdown rule.

Watch out for your Auntie's dick.
