Hypothetically speaking, if Tomasz Adamek wins the HW title, is he HOF worthy?

During his amateur career, he won 108 out of 120 fights.
Won bronze at the European Amateur Championship in 1998.

Won the WBC Light Heavyweight title by defeating Paul Briggs.
Won the vacant IBO Cruiserweight title.
Later, won the RING & IBF Cruiserweight titles by defeating Steve Cunningham. (FOY candidate)

3 time division champion if he wins the Heavyweight Title.

Good wins over the likes of: Steve Cunningham, Eddie Chambers, Chris Arreola, Michael Grant, Andrew Golata, Paul Briggs (2x), O'Neil Bell, Johnathon Banks, Vinny Maddalone, Kevin McBride & Jason Estrada.

His only losses are Chad Dawson & Vitali Klitschko.

    Professional record: 47-2 w/ 29 KO's

If he beats Odlanier Solis on December 22nd and won vs another top contender for the Heavyweight Title, is he HOF worthy?

    Thoughts?

    Poll Above.

Good question. Maybe winning 3 titles in diff wt division would be enough to get him in. But lets not get ahead of ourselves. 1st, he's got to win that HW title. It won't happen against Wlad & Povetkin already turned down a fight with Adamek.

All I know is watching that 2nd round vs Walker this past Sat. was one of the most exciting rounds I've witnessed live next to seeing Pavlik KO Taylor back in Sept. 2007 in AC. Only this time I was ringside & what a difference!!!

Depends on who he beats. Titles in three weight classes or not, he has a pretty weak set of wins on his resume for a hall of famer. Good wins really only go about 8 or 9 deep, and Cunningham is probably the only really good win. If, say, Haye beat Vitali and Adamek beat Haye, I'd say sure. If, say, he rematches Cunningham for a vacant heavyweight title, I'd say no.

I'll lean towards yes. He'd be a three division champion, and he'd probbly have to beat someone better than him to become heavyweight champion.

depends, If Jose Sulaiman just hands him the belt in a fight against a fat old retired Shannon Briggs, then no. If he beats Haye for the strap then yes.

Solis is a fat bum living off of Olympic glory from YEARS AGO.

Solis's fan club is almost as delusional as James Toney's fan club.

Solis's resume as a professional is a joke -- the guy's talent was lost amidst an avalanche of Big Macs.

Adamek will beat that FAT BUM like a drum -- far easier than he beat Walker.

3 division champions (especially from LHW to HW) don't grow on trees every day, so he probably would

it's very unlikely Tomasz will win a title at HW, to say the least, but I wish him the best as always

I would say he's a borderline HOF'er already. If he wins a heavyweight title belt it seals it (whether deserved or not, he would 99% get in I feel).

I also believe, knowing that the HOF is (sadly) a bit of a joke in terms of it being the least impressive "museum" I've ever seen (seriously I've seen private sporting memorabilia collections that were far more impressive), they don't get big crowds outside of HOF weekend.

I'd be willing to bet he'd get in on politics alone, as I'm sure a legion of Polish fans from the NJ/NY/surrounding areas would attend their big induction weekend.
