I actually admire Pac for taking a stance and holding his ground on principle...

Was Mosley officially caught or accused for taking illegal substances by any boxing commissions?

It has nothing to do with being trustworthy, corrupt or not...timmy.

They are not better than others....they have a background of many generations giving much importance to honor & dignity, that's all...Let's stop overanalyzing please...

There's something to be said about holding to your principles for something you know in your heart is right...then there's another thing to be said about clinging to something so childish and trivial as a few drops of blood.

You gotta know when to hold'em and when to fold'em.

Anyway, all of this is moot, the fight negotiations didn't break down because of the blood tests, that's just what they told the media.

For the generations of the past, the reasons that made them value honor & dignity is besides the point of the assumption from the start...

Show you or prove to you... It's part of their past history and it's part of their foundation in martial arts for instance or family behavior way back...

Is it still like that today ? No and we all know ways of life have evolved greatly to blend within each other.

Ah, yes, I've heard that it was a matter of corruption that cost Pol Pot the Nobel Peace Prize in 1976; something about a bribed Irish judge. And of course the Japanese behaved so well the last time they invaded China. Honor and dignity all the way.

Obviously Asians adhered to honor and dignity.....

But your assumption was that they did more so than westerners....

And that's what i would like you to prove to me.... That Asians adhered to these principles MORE than westerners....

I doubt you can..... because its bull****, every cultured adhered to their views of honor and dignity equally. There was no culture were it was ok to be a undignified unhonorable savage

North Korea has turned its back on Western values and everyone knows that the gentle, sublime and beneficent principle of Juche has resulted in North Korea becoming a beacon for Western nations as on the issues of moral values, honor and human rights.

What does the bold statement have to do with anything here ? The initial comment and discussion has been taken heavily out of context...

SO, in spite of Mayweather's alleged 'irresponsibility', Pac agreed to additional testing.

In other words, and as the threadstarter pointed out, what is underlined above basically voids your entire argument about Pac not letting Mayweather 'impose' on him due to some 'moral' stand.

I wrote that to drive home the point that every nation has standards of dignity and honor.... That does not mean everyone abides by them....

You said Asians adhered more to dignity and honor than Westerners.... that's something YOU said....

So either take that back, or back it up with facts.....

The lawsuit was already in place so with that said.....Manny REALLY wanted to fight Floyd but wasn't about to let him dictate the entire negotiation process like Floyd set out to do.

Instead...Manny tried to incorporate his own demands that were JUST as stupid with the $10Mill per lb over the WW limit:rofl and shot back with his own demands on Floyd Blood testing stance.

How does the moral stance get voided out? Manny applied a lawsuit regarding the allegations that were baseless and didn't agree to the full demands in which Floyd was requesting..

#1.....Manny is not against stricter testing. He just didn't want to let Floyd dictate the process of making the fight. Manny wanted to have his own say and he did.

    You're spinning what I said....litterally.

The foundations of the past generations gave much importance to honor & dignity as a whole. How they were interpreting honor & dignity is personal to them. Is it all of them ? Obviously not. Did they always walk the talk ? Obviously not. You brought westerners into the conversation, not me.
