I actually admire Pac for taking a stance and holding his ground on principle...

    Except in this particular case, the cops would be the Nevada state athletic commission. And Floyd would be the busybody neighbor that tries to stop you in the neighborhood to implement his own field sobriety tests.

    Until the boxing commission changes the testing procedures everyone should be held to the same standard and tested the same. Arum and Pac already stated that they would go with what the commissions says.

    my ex got stopped by the cops... and refused to take a breathalizer test and she don't drink. ..... she was held for hours.... and now she needs a lawyer.

    If she didn't take the test, she has no problem. They have no evidence with which to convict her since they don't know her levels.
    Your ex is smart. The dummies are the ones that submit to the test, which is entirely, VOLUNTARY.

    they gave her a good scare though. she's a teacher and there was lots of hub bub about it and her losing her job. The principal caught wind of it somehow...and her saying she wasn't drunk means nothing to some.
