I actually think Wilder will beat Chisora

It's a decent fight, they're both well past their best. Chisora would always have been a problem for Wilder but Wilder just needs one perfect punch and it's lights out.

 

I'll wait to see what the bookie offers and go for the underdog. It's a 50/50 fight at this stage of their careers

 

The problem is Wilder seems to not be able to pull the trigger anymore at all. Good crossroads fight though.

I'm surprised you would see wilder winning. To me he seems gunshy. Chhisora has gotten so much better tactically.

Obviously its been a while since his last fight. But if he was the same he would be my favorite.

He learned to look dangerous when taking a breath which scared of wallin. He also put joyce on the floor. Then he should have enough to scare off this version of wilder. And if chisora is allowed to take breathers i see him winning on points

Yes, Chisora is also likely shot, but he's still got that dawg in him.. It seems Wilder doesn't even have that.

 

I thought Chisora actually looked great against Wallin, and I think he will KO Wilder if he carries that performance over.

 

Agreed, Wilder can't pull the trigger, Chisora can still crack and is wily. I think he stops Wilder.

 

Chisora is a favourite but Wilder has a decent chance.

 

I don’t think chisora will be trying to take this into the later rounds. He’ll probably go guns blazing and hope to get an early KO.

Who has KOed Chisora with 1 single punch? It woukd have to be a perfect flush shot that Derek didn't see, very unlikely. Attrition from a few punches, possibly.

 

I've always thought Chisora would have a good chance of winning this - Wilder was always overrated, Chisora if anything slightly underrated.

Their career paths have been polar opposites - Chisora would fight anyone even if it looked like he'd lose, whilst Wilder was highly protected and ducked anyone with a pulse for the majority of his career.

Chisora has been competitive with contenders in good shape, whilst Wilder was only remotely competitive against Fury when Fury was gassed or fat and unprepared.

Chisora went 50/50 with Whyte and Parker.
Wilder ducked Whyte and got schooled basically 12-0 by Parker.


Who's more declined is the bigger question here...
Wilder's reputation is more declined, because the bubble has burst a bit, but Chisora is older and more shopworn.

Nonetheless, stylistically Chisora would always have been a problem for Wilder and I think he'll take this.
