Pacquiao didn't say he wanted to fight cotto. He said i let my promoter decide for me and what happen? They end up fighting. Pacman doesn't have to challenge him cuz pac just beat the man(cotto) who beat the man(mosley) at welterweight.

Floyd just want pac to call him out so he can demand more money by saying well he challenge me so i deserve more money. It's a 50-50 money split, anything other than that is unacceptable for both fighters.

Compare Pac's fights with Oscar and Hatton with Void's? There is not comparison. Void has his judges, referee, commentators, venue. Hell, the referee took a point away from Hatton fight hitting a ring rope! Watch and see! Ref would not allow inside fight,etc. Pac did not need the judges and referee to be on his side.
