I always knew GGG was around this level.

He's not done. He's always been at this level. He only fought c level opposition and an elite WW before this which deceived people. When he stepped up this is what happened. I've NEVER picked against GGG besides this Jacob fight though I did say GGG was the favorite. I'm not here to call a robbery and try to get props for my pick, but the reason I picked Jacobs is because GGG really has fought no one.

His handspeed has slowed drastically from his earlier career, go and watch some of his early fights. It's a shame he missed out on all the big fights whilst at his peak.

He's WAY bulkier than he was in his early career. I mean GGG is an elite talent no doubt, but he's exactly what I thought he was. I knew Ward would have beat him easily.

If we are using this logic...

Toney got bossed by Tiberi. How does he beat Golovkin?

Hagler lost to a washed up Welter. How does he beat Golovkin?

Hopkins lost to Taylor, who honestly Jacobs fought a bit better then tonight. How does he beat Golovkin?

He's way bulked yet the same size, he's aged badly that's all. A few years ago he would have had a great chance against Ward imo. Don't try and kid me with the rubbish Ward is something amazing either.

Yet he bossed a Kazak gold medalist Jirov at cruiser lmao. Here are the facts. GGG has only fought c level dudes and a good WW, the first time he stepped up his true ability was shown. There's a reason why a lot of us were saying we'd give GGG full credit if he could dominate Jacobs. It's not because we thought Jacobs was some HOF talent, but because we knew Jacobs wasn't some C level dude. Now if GGG fougth a bunch of Jacobs and this happened to just be a bad night, then sure, you could say Toney looked bad in this fight, or that fight.

His body looks WAY bigger than his earlier career. Are you going to deny that? Should I post youtube videos comparing them? He hasn't aged badly at all, stop making excuses. This is his first B+ level opponent, that's why he looked garbage.

Ward would have schooled him easily, he had a great chance of winning maybe 3 rounds. Ward went up to LHW and won a close decision against the bigger man in Kovalev. Ward looked better against Kov than GGG did against Jacobs besides the KD. Ward is also not the same fighter he was before all the injuries, he's practically a one armed fighter. A prime Ward is in a COMPLETELY different stratosphere than GGG.

So what, he got bossed by Tiberi.

I don't think facts means what you think it does.

Sorry, not sure I believe you.

Don't really care if you believe me or not.

Here I'll copy paste what I said earlier again.

"Now if GGG fougth a bunch of Jacobs and this happened to just be a bad night, then sure, you could say Toney looked bad in this fight, or that fight."

He's not WAY bigger though! He has slowed down a hell of a lot, this will have a big effect on a fighters performance.

Ward doesn't do jack, he was gifted the decision against Kovalev plain and simple.

Yep, and GGG was gifted one against Jacobs. We can both play that game. The difference being Ward moved up in weight, while GGG fought a boxer who got knocked down by Mora.

Toney beat elite level Micheal Nunn who was prime. Golovkin has nothing on that and probably never will.

He wasn't gifted the win though was he, he out landed Jacobs, dropped him and had him hurt on occasions. A bit like Kovalev did against the SOB yet was robbed.

So fights are based off compubox now right? LMAO. He was gifted, and Ward won against Kovalev. Keep crying. We all know you have an agenda.

Anyone who has a clue about boxing knows Kovalev won the fight, with the eye test and with hard facts.
