No. I am sure Calzaghe has been in Vegas long enough to become acclimated with the altitude. This is common for everyone when traveling to fight, and except in extreme cases (like when Bernard went to Ecuador and fought - there was a thread about that awhile ago and how ****ing high up there the arena was and how he didn't prepare) it shouldn't and does not factor in.

I like the lack of respect Calzaghe is showing Hopkin's. Hopkin's is a good talker whereas Calzaghe has always been a bit shy and reserved. I like his attitude calling Hopkin's a phony. If he got up to speak and said how great Hopkin's was and what a honour it is to share a ring with him, I would be worried about his mental state.

Im an American and Hopkins is going to lose. Respect? Hopkins is the one who brought his racism to this match. Hopkins should also be criticized for staying in the USA.

I know what you mean, it was the same with Hatton before the PBF fight. The bull**** just doesn't stop. I don't think Hopkins will win but it would sure be fun to look at all the British people dissing him now.

    And Lacy and B-HOP

Okay it was a lot closer than I anticipated and I accept that I probably underestimated Hopkins a little but its all done and done now.
