The reason your still a fat peice of **** is because your not passionate enough about this. You need a better reason to lose weight.

Get involved with people who are training for a competition (boxing,running,kickboxing... anything). Losing weight "because I got a bit too big" is rarely enough. There is almost always a bigger motivation.

Know this: Your going to be this way for the rest of your life. Only YOU can change it. Everybody you meet will judge you as a lazy ***** for not having the balls. Do you really want to go through the rest of your life knowing this is what people think of you? Woud you not rather walk into a room knowing your in top physical condition and feeling great?

Wa-hey, kinda cool to get some interest in this dusty old log of mine...! Thanks lads! I fell off for a while, then took a 2 month vacation to Europe (Yeah, ****loads of booze and food), and am way back at square one, looking at what I lost. But on the upside, I've smashed three sessions in the last 5 days and am actually feeling excited about training again, the weight loss is secondary. A mate of mine is about three months out from a charity fight and he's egging me into it, too! I'd have to lose a lot of weight, then start sparring , I'd probably get thrown into the one in six months time. But either way it's got me giving a **** again, so that's good.

    240. I'm 5'11.

I'll have a look over it, thanks man!

You're right on the money with the boxing thing, it's actually what has gotten me back into the gym!

But that "This is what people think" schtick really means nothing to me. I don't care what people think, this is more about how I feel about myself. Other people can pretty much suck my balls.

Keep it up man! Have just started a major weight loss/fitness thing after riding the easy life and takeaways too long...

It's logs like yours that i identify with and that help me stay motivated, so for that i thank you!

Just keep your eyes on the prize...I have put a picture of me at my fattest (pretty darn fat) and at my thinnest that i put up where i work out, and i tell you what, it helps you push the extra 10% when you see what you are working for.

We all need a little kick in our arse every now and then ;)
