He said Cotto is on the decline. You think he's declined enough for your boy Pac to beat him?

Roach is trying to convince himself..... I have no excuse for this fight... Cotto did the right thing by starting camp early, the better man will win...

I don't think Pac can take a punch at 147. We already know he can't take it to the body and Cotto is an excellent body puncher.

Pac will get credit if he wins, wake up he is still untested north of 130, he has not faced anything like Cotto since moving up from 130

It doesn't mean he is not the real deal. It's just that he last 3 opponents have not brought anything to the table. He fought excellent and did his job, but met with no resistance. Cotto is going to be something totally different. You don't see how even though Pacquiao is an excellent fighter, that peoples' opinions of him may be inflated because of his last 3 fights?:think

the thing is pac has improved and he has shown this. delahoya hatton might not have been at their best, but look at how he performed, he has shown things we have never seen from him. where you see luck i see as progression, he has improved, the pac of two years would get beat by cotto, but this one has a great chance. he can fight smart and knows how to use his advantages.

i see where you are coming from, but his opponents couldn't be so bad that pac never got touched. they were all at least competitive in their last peroformances. pac has fought lower calibre opponents than those and got hit often. i see improvement, he has gotten better and i think he will show it again against cotto.

You cant say you see Progression when there is no threat in front of him, when the other man isnt answering back, that is no progression thats a heavy bag session.

Yes he is working that right hook really nice these days, but honestly he hasnt been in there with a live elite fighter north of 130 lets see his improvements come nov 14th

r u telling me hatton and diaz were not firing back but just taking shots? delahoya was befuddled by speed, he jusy dont look good against small fast southpaws, especialy a pacquio type. natural ability is what makes fighters great and that is what pac has, fighters dont do what has done in the sport and call it luck, especilly three times.

Pacquiao will, as usual, disappoint all the haters like you. It doesn't matter what tactics "Mr Cotto" employs, you couch-turd tactician, Pacquiao's speed, accuracy and power will break him down. You will be disappointed. It's OK though, you can cheer yourself up by coming on here right after the fight and saying Cotto was already shot and that he was never that good anyway. :good

We already know Pacquiao can't take it to the body... because he was KO'd by a bodyshot a DECADE ago when he was a dangerously weight-drained teenager! The fact that he was never wilted to the bodyshots of Morales, Barrera or Marquez over numerous fights in the last few years is irrelevant of course, if a weight-drained teenage flyweight Pac can get stopped by a bodyshot then of course a superbly muscled 30-year-old welterweight Pac will be too!!

:patsch This place is getting worse.

Are you telling me Hatton was really getting off any shots? The speed alone of Mannys is not the only thing that played a role in the DLH fight, Oscar was weight drained Roach admitted, and he also admitted Oscar couldnt pull the trigger anymore, basicly Roach says Oscar was weight drained and shot...

Diaz tried, but like I said he was nothing..
