It's sad state to be in, and for this to happen at one of the highest echelons of sport.

    It's a disgrace

How exactly? It was a decent spectacle but if theundeserving fighter wins, then how can that be good for the sport? The crowd showed their displeasure at the result, which undoubtedly left a sour taste in many of the viewers at homes. We saw the champ have his belt stolen off a pot shot and hold performance by Andre Crude Ward.

We then found our there are no impartial judges sitting in the panel. None. For all have Ward embedded in their minds before a punch has even been thrown.

It's absolutely disgusting and no self respecting individual would allow his intelligence to be so consistently insulted as boxing attempts to do and manages to get away with all so too often.

No matter who won this fight, clearly it would be controversial. I didn't know what was going to happen after the 6th round. If Ward didn't dig down deep Kruster may have well won a lopsided decision. Ward fought him tooth and nail every round from round 5 on and SOG did put on an inspiring performance.

Putting in a hearty performance is not enough to show you deserve to win belts.

I give credit to Ward's heart and resolve, however kovalev done enough to retain his belts by knocking him down, trying to intiate and engage the fight during the 12 rounds, while ward had the success with jabs, much of his work was spoiling through clinching or running away.

That is not what we want to see representing the p4p no 1. A spoiler with who hides his chin through dirty fighting is not a credible candidate for true p4p king material.

First of all I'm not claiming that Ward is No. 1 P4P though winning this fight should certainly put him ahead of Kovalev for the time being. It wasn't just a hearty performance. This was an impressive performance by Ward man. He landed some scintillating punches on Kovalev. It started with hard jabs in the middle rounds that snapped Kovalev's head back. There were Roy Jones - style lungning left hooks, there were repeated body work, there was smart defensive blocking his way through Kovalev's jab and getting inside, there were straight rights.

I think that Kovalev landed more punches, but Ward landed the better more quality punches. Quality punches in close rounds win fights. It's no different from Canelo landing less punches than Lara but winning due to Quality punches. People still claim Lara was robbed. Same thing here. Quality punchers and WHEN you land those quality punchers win you fights. Kovalev dominated rounds 1 and 2, Ward didn't dominate any rounds but he won all the close rounds imho with quality punches. Body language matters too and Krusher was off balance, sluggish at times, and that matters in a fight of this magnitude.

There's a lot of people that think he lost, they're vocal.

Yeah because claiming you had money on the other guy proves anything. I can play the same game, I had money on Kov, but I know Ward won, you see how easy it is? One thing is fact though, the guys who were vocal about Ward ducking Kovalev, and how Ward has 0 chance against Kovalev are all calling robbery.

The bigger robbery was Perez vs Hooker. No one cares about either fighter, but having two robberies, one being clear as **** since Perez damn near shut out Hooker, on the same card is terrible.

First of all why you be dissin Roy like that. Man get your act together and start showing this man RJJ some respect. Roy didn't say he had Kovalev winning, he was just trying to be professional saying he was surprised at the decision.

I quoted farmie and he called Roy as "roid". which btw I found hilarious because farmie and roy kind of agreed of the decision but farmie still had to give some slack for roy calling him "roid".. :D
