He just made it all more interesting that division is a hot bed...so many stars and he is now added to the list I look forward to what comes up next .. He is a well schooled well conditioned boxer and will only be better now that he is champion

I agree. It's better for boxing that he was able to handle that step up. Now there's another good welterweight in the mix.

I think porters chin is better than he gets credit for ... Brook mite have the biggest forearms I ever seen on someone at that weight he looks like poppyee around the arms

Now get Brook-Thurman going so Keith can make Brook a One Time champ.

I think he was hurt a couple of times before that too :!:
But he's fun to watch, so I hope he comes back strong.

Thurman, Porter, Brook, Khan, Maidana, Garcia(soon), Mayweather, Pacquiao, Algieri(soon), Bradley, Marquez, Alexander, Guerrero, Malignaggi, Alvarado and others. In addition to those, there's a serious possibility the likes of Matthysse, Peterson and Provodnikov will make the move up and stay there.

With those names mentioned, the division is still weak according to one ******. Here's the thread if you're seeking some forum comedy to lighten up your day.
