I am looking forward to seeing Mijares-Darchinian. Andre Dirrel is on the card too.

    I can't wait to see the bull against the matador Saturday night. I'm going to eat crabs early morning lol, grill some chicken along with turkey hotdogs and burgers in the afternoon, and sit back and watch the boxer versus the puncher all in the same night. Mijares is as good as it gets when it comes to pure boxing. Vic is dangerous with that power of his also. I'm picking Mijares to give Vic a boxing lesson, but I'll be on pins and needles the whole time lol. Mijares makes you miss and just tags you over and over. He turned Arce into a bloody mess.

    Darcman doesn't have a bit of pure boxing in him, but he can punch. Donaire had pure power, Mijares has respectable power. Vic is going to come full throttle throwing bombs at Mijares...he has to. Vic's flaw is he snaps his punches before he throws them. That hitch in throwing his bombs is tailor made for Mijares. See Donaire for details lol. Vic does not really get tired in fights so Mijares is going to have to gain Vic's respect early with hard jabs and body punching. This is a great fight to see. The winner hopefully fights Donaire. More on this fight later.

    I like Andre Dirrell, but I like watching Anthony Dirrell more. I don't know if Ant is fighting on the undercard( a fight we won't see) but he was down in his last fight before getting up to win. Anthony has beaten cancer. Antleaves himself open more than Andre when he fights, but his power and his willing to brawl at times are something to watch. Andre is fighting the guy Zuniga beat...a guy PAv beat. Oganov was the undefeated guy we saw a while back who proved to be totally overrated. Zuniga stopped Oganov before losing to Inkin. I expect Dirrell to ko Oganov.

    Mijares is going to school Darchinyan.. Hopefully the winner will fight Montiel and then possibly Donaire.. I'm really anticipating Mijares vs Donaire sometime next year.. I wanna' see Darchinyan vs Arce as well..

    We are talking about other popular fighters right now and this fight seems to have fallen under the radar:lol: . Replies don't really matter, the views do lol...I'm with you, Mijares is going to school Darcman.

    Im with nallege on this one- us UKers just get donaire/chavez jr,but I swear down I thought just today the darchinyan mijares fight was quintessentially bull vs matador,,,vics got that completely unique style that Ive only seen remotely similar in jonny tapia god bless him

    If any of you good people could spare a thought for us brits satday night and post a link Id drop my subscriptoion to chavez (yawn) jr in a heartbeart to see darcinyan mijares n we'd be eternally thankfull

    Should be a great card. The contrast in styles between Mijares and Vic is what I'm looking forward to the most. I also think Dirrell is the real deal and he should be getting a title shot soon.

    I was at the Tacoma fight and Andre's TKO punch sounded like a f'ing 10 gauge going off in that smallish venue. He's a good kid.
