If you read my post properly my simple minded friend, u will notice that I never said that skipping gives you abs (although it certainly helps reduce the fat stored around your midsection, hence showing your abdominal muscles). Wot I said was that he is using the correct form while skipping which is tensing the midsection whilst performing the excercise. Look how he is bent over and putting effort into contracting his abdominal muscles while jumping. So before you go laughing about something YOU misread, learn to read everything fully, make sure you understand it, and also maybe get away from your computer every now and then, do some training and then maybe open your mouth and tell me how to train. I have been doing it for many years m8. :good

 

Also J.R, sit-ups only strengthen and enlarge your abdominal muscle. Aerobic activity such as skipping and running, is what allows them to shine for the world to see. Even fat people have abs, you just can't see them. Also if you look at the first picture that BIGBOSS posted you will notice that his abs arent as visible because he is not contracting them. :hi:

P.S. Does anyone think Cotto is just trying to wage psychological warfare against Margarito to show what he's facing? Or is this a wrong move and actually shows too much of their strategy in matching up against Margo?

 

No, not necessarily because there is no video footage of what Cotto is doing or working on, just pics of how he is looking, while as you said there is a video of Margarito floating out there which might just give a little food for thought to an observer.

 

Hopefully, it is just a vacation. Don't worry everyone here will keep it a secret until you get back. If it is military, god bless.

Holy crap. Cotto is ****ing ripped and looking huge. And he still has 3 weeks to go. This will be a war but I fully expect Cotto to fight a smart fight and box Margarito. Like (pretty much) every Cotto fight.......I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS FIGHT!

nonono hes 5'7 at the most. My brother in law took a picture with him in PR, My bro is 5'9 flat..Cotto looked at least an inch and a half shorter. At the absolute maximum Cotto is 5'7.5 W/ Shoes
