Good luck,but why oh why do you guys continually dehydrate to get down to an unnatural weightclass? Think of your health and the risks. I think many of these practices degrade the sport....I thought they had 'protective' rules in place after the three young wrestlers died from 'cutting' weight?
You have to workout really hard 3 times a day, completley watch what your eating. that will lose about 10-15 pounds in a month, then in the last 1-2 days you take off about 7-8 pounds of water weight. by putting on sauna suits and working out and limiting fluid intake.
..suzie...and that kind of workout can do you as much harm as it would Rocco if you are going to continue it. so...don't. Listen to enquirer. This is not a request...it's an order.
