PS, Vitaly is preparing for Odlanier playing ping pong! Maybe he thinks that Odlanier is a table tennis player!!!

Yeah hopefully he will , I spoke with my brother in Cuba and he told me , it's hasn't oficially anounced yet but everybody is talking about , it could just be a rumor (bola) but you know how's Cuba , when people talk it's because something is going on.....

I don't think he's taking this fight seriously , probably he's too confident by all the support his got in the Internet polls , Solis on the other hand is training like a horse!! I read that his manager said that Solis was good only for one round , that from the second round onwards Solis stamina will fail little by little , so he's just taking it easy .... For me that's good news .

When Austin faced Wlad he was annihilated. So what is the big deal about the way Solis beat Austin? I understand Wlad is a different guy than Vitali, but what is it about Solis that makes you think he's in either brother's league?

It will be similar to Vitali - Arreola. However Solis will be less aggressive and he would make Vitali miss more punches. All Solis can do in that fight is win 2 or 3 rounds with a bit of luck.

    This is the latest ...

Comment by former Russian amateur great Roman Romanchuk...

Top Russian amateur Roman Romanchuk has said in a recent interview that he is giving Odlanier Solis a very good chance at beating Vitaly Klitshko on March 19. Romanchuk fought Solis a few times in the amateurs and Romanchuk found Solis to be a formidable opponent but said his lack of training is hurting his career in the pros.

Romanchuk doesn't like how Solis doesn't properly train for most of his fights. The 2004 Cuban Gold medal winner is often overweight in many of his fights. The question mark regarding his physical preparation has left many intrigued and wondering about his ability to be competitive with Vitaly, even Romanchuk said it all depends on which Solis shows up for the fight. In the amateurs, Romanchuk defeated Solis a couple of times but lost to him in the final of the 2005 World Championships.

" This fight will not be exactly a gift, said Romanchuk ". Vitaly will have to pass a very difficult test, but the question here is what type of shape will the Cuban be in the day of the fight???

What I meant was that Klitschko seems like he's not taking the fight too seriously ,probably it's because he's the favorite and most people aren't giving Solis any chance , after all, he started training camp this month and as I said , I read in Boxing News that his manager said something about Solis not trainng properly , that Solis stamina will fail after one round, etc ..... Just the same b.s ,all I've heard about Solis is that he's training really hard , he's really into it now , and your news about Vitali playing ping-pong can only be good news to me.Peace .:happy:happy

Vitali routinely does this in training camps, it helps his hand eye coordination and reflexs get sharpened. Bad news for you and Solis. Vitali will be the paddle, Solis will be the little ball that gets smacked around :bbb

Well that would suck. Vitali is the better Klitschko and I'd rather see Wlad lose than him.

Not like it's gonna happen anyway...
