I applaud Margarito for not fighting Mosley

Errr... I was talking about the OP's applauding of Margo turning down the Mosley fight, saying that I think the OP just applauds Margo's decision to not fight him, without considering the reasons Margo made that decision. As I've already stated in this thread, obviously the decision was made because of the $$$-factor, and not because Antonio felt bad about good ol' Shane.

Since you mentioned Mayweather, not everybody called him a coward when he turned down the Margarito fight. Some did, and I don't really care what they say, since I was not one of them.

Nor did I blame Margo (he or his team anyway) for not wanting to fight Williams right after the Cotto fight. After that fight, Margo indeed became a big player @ 147 and I can understand it if he wants to get the paydays he never had before. It's fair. But I don't think his constant turning down of fight proposals is good either... he could end up getting even less than 2 mil in his next fight.
