Make the Carwin rematch

 

He needs to keep fighting at the top level so that means JDS, Carwin or Mir.

 

I can see them putting him in with Kongo. A fight with Cheick is marketable and a relatively safe bet for Brock, that way the UFC can squeeze a bit more milk out of this cash cow

 

good call. i could see this happening, kongo has no ground game and struggles with wrestlers. he is a perfect opponent for brock to get an easy win and the ufc to hype him up again.

 

**** that. I don't like former champs getting easy wins to hype up a guy. The UFC isn't about feeding top competitors easy wins over and over to make them more marketable, it's about putting on good fights. Kongo is not a good fight at all. What's the line going to look like for Kongo versus Lesnar. +800?

Mir rematch is a good fight, considering he is 1 and 1 with Mir who is doing well right now. Roy Nelson isn't the worst fight ever either, but with Nelson coming off a loss (even if it is to the now #1 contender) it isn't so appealing. If Nog is still going to plod on that's a good fight too.

 

I'm not saying I like the idea but the UFC wouldn't be the first fight promotion too look at this situation fom a business perspective and another beating on Lesnar is money down the drain for them.

Mir doing well? I'm guessing you missed the Carwin fight where he got KTFO and Nog is shot too **** I doubt there's many people who would pay to see that fight.

A Carwin rematch would be awesome but I don't think we'll see it in the distant future.

 

There is nothing to finish. Expect that fluke ankle lock (that wouldnt even have hapened without that bull**** separation from the referee) Lesnar has dominated every second of their two matches

Roy Nelson. Durable, can punch, has ground game too. Not too dangerous but just underneath elite level, would give us a good gauge or where Lesnar is without giving him a gimme fight.

 

I want him to fight Nelson. Fat dude against this silverbac gorilla. And the fat dude will win... that's something.
