Come on, don't get all homotional here, i was just stating facts. Here's another fact-Diaconu is a fugly midget who is never gonna beat anyone with a pulse. Another fact-Dawson is making big dollars fighting big names and proving he is the best. What do you say?

Yeah, but you probably have them already. Off the top of my head, I have his fights Chris Henry, Andre Thysse, and Heyman for sure. Plus the entire ESPN broadcast of Diaconu-Hoye. Maybe 1 or 2 more, I can't remember. I have too many unlabeled discs laying around.

Then you should like Diaconu! He comes to fight. He is not a great fighter, but he's a good (solid B level) fighter, quite talented, whatever people say, and definitely quite exciting!

If Bute and Diaconu weren't Romanian, I wouldn't write a quarter as many posts about them, that's for sure! I wouldn't defend them against ignorant, nasty, unfair posters half as much as I do, no! I wouldn't care as much if they won or lost, no!

But would I still think and say Diaconu was ducked by Dawson? You betch'a! Would I still think that Bute was one of the best 2-3 SMWs in the world, you betch'a! You seem to be under the false impression I overrate Diaconu or Bute, because they're Romanian. Well, find me a post in which I overrate them! Go on!

I wouldn't feel about them the same way, but the way I feel about them does not mess with my critical thinking faculties or my objectivity; I'm not a noob and neither are you, so why are you asking me that?

Yeah, exactly. But if you listen to Realizm you would be excused for thinking this guy is Jesus. He beats Dawson, Calzaghe with ease, probably Tarver. In other words he's the best around, bar none.

How can you be ducking somebody by fighting a more recogniseable name that is coming off a more credible and impressive performance? Makes no sense at all to me. :-(

Nah i hug facts, you seem to be the one hugging nuts. Dawson has proved himself and is lined up to fight one of the biggest names in boxing. What has Diaconu done apart from pull out of a Dawson fight, fight noone and almost lose to a nobody? :rofl You guys are funny.

Yeah he may exagerate more or less but Tarver is shot,he is old,he is slower,he hasn't looked good in over 2 years and he didn't win that fight,Woods lost it,that was not an impressive performance.Plain and simle Dawson is young and just could have fought Diaconu and get it over with before fighting Tarver, that doesn't make sense to me

Yep Dawson proved a very questionable chin and looked bad with Johnson and is lined up to fight the guy who arguably lost to Muriqi and was booed off the ring after he KOed Santiago:rofl :rofl :rofl .Diaconu hasn't fought the level of opposition Dawson has fought but has fougth some good and decent opponents. And the Tarver fight is ridicolous

Why would he get it over with? Surely he should fighter Tarver while he isn't closer to social security and a buss pass than his peak. Tarver IS old, which is why the fight should be made now not waiting even longer.

I could see the ducking accusations if he was taking a soft easy fight, but he's not. It's a unification fight against a big name. Woods didn't perform as we expected, but we have to accept that going into the fights he was ranked higher than Henry. It just happened that Henry performed better than expected, Woods a lot worse. But then Diaconu was poor too so therefore he's given Dawson justification.

Dawson, Calzaghe and Tarver are far from the greatest fighters in boxing at the moment, do I think Diaconu beats them? not 2 of them(Calzaghe and Tarver) but Dawson yes....and the other 2 he certainly has a chance

Do you have his fights with Orlando Rivera, Conal MacPhee (rematch), Darrin Humphrey, Todd Black, or Ganny Dovidovas? I did a quick search, and found links to all of those just now.

Yeah, I enjoy watching him fight. Really liked how tore Rico Hoye apart.

    At least you're honest. :thumbsup

Well it is a easy fight and it ain't an unification,it is for Tarver's IBF and IBO belts and that is all Tarver is:a big name with a big mouth,Diaconu could have been a bigger name if he would call fighters names, insult them, and make a fool out of himself but he doesn't,nor does Glen and that is why I respect him a lot more than other guys.Tarver has no chance in this fight, the odds should be 20 to 1
