I dont think anyone is able to truly school Alvarez. Mayweather, Golovkin and Martinez are the biggest threats to him.
Good points, but please don't use Williams as we know Williams wasn't the same destroyer from the Martinez fights. After Maravilla knocked him out, Williams was never the same. I expected Lara to knock him out because Lara does have power, but instead couldn't ko a fighter who was at 50% and ended up getting robbed. I don't see Lara any better than Trout except he hits alittle harder, but knocking out Ronald Hearns doesn't prove much.
I don't think so in a conversation I had with Freddy the Rail he made it clear that Lara is weak in the body. He beat Trout who was the "big test" he passed and now he has to fight Lara who lost to Molinaatsch
you think Trout got robbed wait until you see the job they pull on Lara a guy who is a Master technician without a lot of volume. Lara also doesn't seem to have much weight behind him in the managerial/connections dept....as they have already done a number on him keeping him away from a title, 2 bull**** decisions, just remember they will do him and anyone else, remember you have to knock Canelo the **** out because Goldenboy and Sulaiman will not let anyone win a close one. Don't expect Canelo to face anyone dangerous again for a while either.
I don't see how Lara would be able to "school" someone who just unified a division by beating solid competition. Everyone on these boards was talking about Austin Trout being the messiah. Trout was supposed to be fighting Mayweather and so forth. Lara would be just another win on Canelo's record. Lara is the same fighter who got schooled by Carlos Molina and looked horrid against Vanes Martirosyan. I think Carlos Molina has the best chance against Canelo.
