I believe Cintron and Malignaggi were the first to publicly come out and say they suspected Pac of roiding. Within the forums, it had been talked about and speculated way before that.
Follicle is the root right? For us they cut the hair. Does that alter the results? What's the difference?
I've seen 3 people who actually sound like they know WTF they're talking about when it comes to drug testing science on here. 1 is me, a former lab analyst @ Quest Diagnostics, N.I.D.A. (Nat'l Inst. on Drug Abuse [Federally regulated]) Department @ their L.A. area lab (the single largest narco-testing lab in the western hemisphere in terms of volume of tests performed; weekly audits by FBI agents. Search my oldest posts). The other 2 guys claimed to be M.D.s. "Everyone" else seems to be regurgitating agendas that fit their personal favorites. Me, I'm a fan of both. Yes, if Floyd REALLY wanted the fight, no1 would have said **** about PEDs, like no1 did before he fought Marquez. And YES, if Manny REALLY wanted the fight, he'd have accepted the previous blood testing cutoff offer.
no, he really believes at 135 or 140 Mayweather was a force. At 147 the man really believes and is banking on Mayweathers legs being gone.
If Pacquiao was to fail the test or look so horrible in the fight after the test, which would make one believe that he was on roids, his ass would be done historically as it wouldn't be clear where he started using PEDs, so like Margarito all of his wins would come into question.
Thank for descending from your throne to grace us with your knowledge  I couldn't find information on reliability of blood vs. hair, so I figured I'd see if there was anyone who might be knowledgeable on the matter on the boards.
Strand testing is cheaper & less thorough. Straight up, cost is the biggest determinant I've seen in what test methods & substances clients requested. For narcotics, testing for marijuana, coke, & meth was on the lower-tier, cheap side. That's what most employers ask for. The companies that are more serious about their human resources pool & had more money to throw around went for the Royale With Cheese tests. These added opiates, barbiturates, pain killers, & other prescription meds to the search list. Most companies went for urine tests. Others went for urine & blood, or urine & hair follicle. I've never come across a client that wanted urine, blood, AND hair.
that's so. -its not that complicted, this fight should happen in oct. take our Blood unexpectedly, sometime in the middle of training before sunday, then take another one right after the fight infront of everybody, in the middle of the ring. or everytime manny needs to urin, sample that right away to detect the EPO. "though life is compliceted, only what you make it to be.."
so a saliva test is fair.and all the extra roids wouldn't carry over into any **** tests whatsoever.even if those were random.gotcha.
I didn't post to condescend to ESB in general. I'm just sick of all the same conjecture. If you were serious about finding the answer, searching would have been more efficient than starting the Nth thread about the same topic. This has been going on for at least half a year. **** THAT.
