I seriously enjoyed Shannon back in the days when he wasn't too big for his own good. He seems like a good father to his kids and has a smoking wife, so hey... all props to him. As far as boxing goes, he's neither an underachiever or that much of an overachiever, if anything, he's slightly an overachieving athlete, taking the asthma into consideration.

What happened with Teddy Atlas and Shannon by the way? It seemed back in the day like they clicked good and Shannon was looking on his merry way to a title under his tutelage. :think
