Said this on the British forum as well but I think this is pretty much certain to go ahead. Fury seemed shocked by the backlash last year to not fighting Usyk and think he's basically been shamed into taking the fight as he's realised if he doesn't that's what he'd be remembered for. The fact he's been really quiet is a good thing rather than bad imo compared to all the bollocks he was putting out on social media most of last year.
Not if they actually announce it like ... For real Not have a fake presser then mum is word on marketing from there
I think this fight will finally happen and Fury will upset a lot of people on here. I’m rooting for Usyk, but you can simply never write Tyson off.
I reckon it was maybe 90% about the money for the first few Wilder fights, but he did want to get that scalp. He knew he should be able to do it regardless of his conditioning, he knew exactly how weak a champion Wilder was. Since Wilder 2 though, it's 100% about the money. Nothing else matters one jot. We saw the farce last time where Fury 'offered' Joshua a chance at his title, then immediately pulled the plug. I think he'd rather cash-out against Usyk than Joshua. His pride won't take such a hit.
I find it ridiculous people are still saying this. Yes, fury doesn’t take boxing seriously anymore and he doesn’t take training seriously, but he cares more about money and he won’t miss this payday, he will turn up to fight. I’ll be bringing this thread back up during fight week
Give someone two shot elbows, a naff shoulder and weak ankles and see how they like training for top tier boxing. Fury is retired but he'll come back because he hasn't given everything, not yet.
