I agree with overhauling testing methods in the sport. It needs to be year round. If a boxer is licensed to fight, he needs to be randomly tested year round.

Pac fights twice a year or close to each event. He gets tested more than floyd. Besides, Bet you floyd does TRT during his months off coz there is no OSDT when he ain't fighting right?

 

State commissions need to adapt year round testing if you want a license. All of them, which would require a national governing body to ensure it's all the same. So I guess that's never happening.
Hell, even if every state did require it, I'm sure Texas wouldn't. So that'd **** all that up anyways.

 

lol Pac is gonna retire before going through with these tests!!! funny thing is he could have called mayweathers bluff and made mayweather look like a ***** by implementing these tests for the Bradley fight or any of his other fights since 2009 but still the man is deathly afraid of them and remains the one boxer out there against taking such tests.
