Is this worth reading? I've read a few books on John L, including Pollack's. Does this one offer anything?
Even if the writing is substandard and most of the content already elsewhere available, it would seem worth it to a diehard collector or fan of the era to get the straight dope from the horse's mouth.
Not the best read, but since it is a reprint of the original autobiography, probably worth reading to compare to later works. I have yet to read the 1925 Dibble, 1942 Chidsey, or the Pollack volumes, but when I do I'll rechime.
