I'm not disagreeing with what you wrote. I just don't see Floyd taking any risk. If the KO is there he'll take it but he is not going to press for it. He's going to fight him a lot like he did DLH. Score and then move.

He wins this fight and it shuts up lots of people and he rides into the sunset with a huge payday.

I agree. Floyd isn't one to push for a KO. It's more likely it would go the distance.

ok this is my opinion. pac is a southpaw.

youre thingking about mayweather as being this and that, but him fighting orthodox.

watch floyd's fights against southpaws and you will begin to understand why floyd doesnt want any of that pac's left straight.

when floyd fight an orthodox, his reach is very apparent because he is somewaht at 45degrees with his philly shell stance against his opponent.

with his reach, a jab to the body or head, it is so easy for him to score.

when he is fighting a southpaw, his stance is squared up so he can land his lead right. his jab is not as effective against a southpaw, you can check his stats or just by wathcing the videos, very clearly his jab tangles with the opponent's lead hand. same thing why bradley cant seem to land his jabs against pac but worked for him against marquez. it is the same jab but against different stance.

floyd isnt going to stand in there, roll pac's straight because he cant. he is going to be moving and potshot pac and clinch. if he tries to stand his ground he will be on high guard exposing his body and he will have no leverage on his right hand. so he is going to be switching between high guard on defense and his normal stance on offense. fighting a southpaw presents a lot of problems for floyd both on offense and defense.

my opinion on pac beating mayweather hinges on the fact that floyd will not be able to move for 36 mins. so at some point he will be forced to stand his ground, most likely his back on the ropes, and on high guard.

same thing maidana did, he pounded broner's body. pac will do the same.

floyd also isnt an inside fighter as people claimed him to be. notice how he uses his forearm/elbow to create space to land an uppercut or a short hood to the body or head.

in-fighters are people who mostly throw hooks like maidana or rios.

im not sure floyd will resort to this. it;s disaster waiting to happen giving pac opportunities at a punching range. he wil be clinching when pac is close.

pac-marquez is night and day different than pac-flloyd.

marquez has atg chin. he hangs his chin and trades with pac when attacked.

my thinking is, the pac that fought rios will be the same pac in may 2014. meaning he can fight for 36mins at a high pace. late 2014 is still ok.

beyond that is too far in the future to project what is pac's physical makeup. he does a lot of things when not fighting. h eisnt exactly resting like floyd.

pac needs all the footspeed to offset floyd's reach. he loses that and the fight tips in floyd's favor.

2015 and beyond, i think, floyd will be favorite.

Floyd's right would be the fight decided

One of those devastating rights and Pac would be on the floor.

    Pac can't adjust.

    No knockout since 2009!

Pac's power at 147 is very overrated!

You know it and I know it, even Buboy knows it!
