It's like every time a fighter wins, he gets hyped to the moon, and every time a fighter loses, he gets called a bum, a hypejob, or china chinned. This board is ridiculous.

No, Wilder is not a top HW, or even close to one. His resume is abysmal considering that he's been a pro for 5 years now. Despite being a 5 year pro and an Olympic bronze medalist, he still had godawful technique.

To me just looks like it affects you personally when someone hypes up a fighter you dislike
By making threads over everything that angers you just makes you seem unhappy in life
    Man up

:good True, which is why I give this site a rest every so often.

The over hyping of the older era fighters - esp. US HWs - isn't as bad as it was 5+ years ago, although still silly.

That's the nature of ignorant people...and we have far too many in society. Then you have some who always disliked the fighter and was waiting for them to lose to spew "bum" at them. And probably even one more group who miscalculated their early assessment of said fighter, got proven wrong...time and again, also falsely misplacing dislike on the fighter, and hoping for their loss, for their own bad analysis. Anyway, if you accept the latter two scenarios then that's less or less ignorantly stupid people you have to believe are out there...a lot better than thinking we're hopelessly surrounded by very dense people.

its cause more people have access to internet now and because they can find one article on google then all of a sudden they are a pro at boxing. Boxrec champions for example and that leads to ignorance. also there are too many keyboard warriors now

Any active place will attract a lot of idiots. If you go to the mall on weekends when it's packed there's a high chance you will bump into idiots.
