The one wildcard nobody has mentioned is the perfectly placed body shot. Canelo throws a solid left to the body. That thing lands on a nerve ending or Trout gets caught breathing in, and he could go down.

I'm not saying it's likely. Just an uncovered angle.

i'll be surprised if trout doesn't buckle when he feels the cinnamon force when they tap gloves before the fight starts....

:patsch thanks for showing you belong on the ignore lists.... You're getting some valid reasons. You are just too closed minded to see them.

So KD in amateurs doesnt count, probably cause they are wearing head gears. I like your logic.

A lot of boxers throw short crisps punches.

Hell, Bradley throws short crisp punches with mean intentions.

I haven't seen him knocking out prime fighters his size left right and centre.

This makes no sense. All this post works for is Bradley.

A lot of people overlooking the fact that Trout punches hard himself.

He even stunned Cotto a few times.

Canelo hasn't stepped in the ring with a prime JMW so he's obviously going to be very cautious.

All those expecting him to walk through Trout's punches are ******ed.

Another strong fact. Indeed he punches really hard, last 10 fights - 1 TKO.

i doubt that trout is going to sit back and counter as he thinks that he is the bigger guy

    http://www.fightnews.com/Boxing/trout-canelo-will-be-a-fish-out-of-water-on-april-20-179821

hes plan is to impose his will because saul does not have his "man strength" yet.

this will be a recipe for success or disaster.

like you said, i think he should counter and somewhere in the fourth or fifth round try to "impose his will" if he is indeed stronger. the first few clinches will determine who is the stronger man.

going into the fight with a gameplan thinking that your stronger than your opponenent only to find out that youre not is never good.
