You can't have a proper OSDT regimen set up without an international commission to enforce the testing - And REAL OSDT - ie - 24/7/365 testing, with a stoarge facility to be able to take old specimens and retest in the future as the screening technolgies improve.

All of that is a huge cost to the sport, would drive pretty much every small promotion under and when you have Margarito being unlicenced in Cali but able to fight in Texas means there's no consistency.

That or the aplphabet crooks that charge exhorbitant fees need to pay for the testing out of the sanctioning money.

Oscar knocked Void's head back over and over again, he won that fight but Void's judges called it a split decision. Pac stopped Oscar, beat the crap out of him, something that the coward Void could not do.

it's really funny people think floyd really wants to clean up the sport. floyd will milk boxing of money, then retire and move on with his life. you honestly think this guy will be proactive in helping the sport for years on? seriously, the osdt was requested for a reason. and that is not because he has benevolent intentions for the sport. he is using it for the fight negotiations to downright gain any sort of additional advantage against manny.

    WTF?!

Either you're just hating Pac without thinking, or you're ****ing stupid.

DLH was the one who pursued Pac (who was a 130-135 lber), because he didn't have a high profile opponent for his December date in 08 after Mayweather bitched out on their rematch.

Pac initially rejected the fight and Oscar's offer of 70-30, as he felt it wasn't worth the risk. They eventually settled on a 68-32 purse split and Oscar got thrashed by everyone for making the fight.

Pac had to go up TWO divisions to fight Oscar! Oscar agreed to go down one to 147 so's to make it seem not a total mismatch so it would be able to sell (HE WAS THE PROMOTER!). He also was thinking of challenging Hatton at 140 at the time, so he was probably just as keen on a 147 catchweight as the Pac camp.

And this DLH, the king of PPV and seeking every perceivable advantage in fight negotiations. No-one was making him do anything he didn't want to do.
