I dare say Spence might get to Floyd Mayweather, Jr's skill level one day. Boy is gd.

Definitely not as quick as Mayweather. Mayweather has tons of skill, but some of the skills he uses rely on having superior speed. Not sure if Spence is as quick... It kinda makes sense that he isn't, he is naturally bigger than Floyd. But still, I think you are jumping the gun on this.

Spence must use twice the IV bags Roid Armstrong uses if he hits harder.

I couldnt agree more with your assessment, with one small exception.

I don't think MVC is jumping the gun on Spence's potential. But he's almost NOTHING like Mayweather aside from the fact he shares a skin tone and an advisor.

Every top level boxer has some skills, but Mayweather's skills are much more reflex based and instinctual, whereas Spence is more focused on being first and forcing openings.

The obvious size difference is glaring as well. Mayweather, at 38 yrs old aint getting bigger than 155-160 in fighting shape, whereas Spence could/should eventually compete at 160, and fill out over 175.

I see big things for this kid myself, but nothing resembling the 5 weight titlist that Mayweather is, and definitely not going thru even 3 classes without tasting defeat.

Too many very good competitors who have youth and skills on par with Spences potential.

Lubin, Colon, Sadam Ali to name 3 right off the top my head. :think

ROFLMAO @ MVC Spence is nothing like Mayweather thank God
Spence is from Texas he can fight. mayweather?? well we all know what Tinkerbell the road runner does. Only thing that concerns me is Spence needs to get away from TMT & the Mayweathers. Their days are numbered by the looks of it

Spence has power and skills but I don't think he's any better than Thurman. Amir Imam and Kavaliauskas excites me more.
