I didn't know Lennox fought on Tyson's undercard...

They Often put fighters from other countries on the program before the main card starts. It helps there ppv in that region. They show the fight as part of the main card whether it is Europe , Asia or South America but not in the USA.

 

Lennox wouldnt of been t.v in his second fight.

Floyd performed in a few of his prospect/contendership fights on Oscar's big 90's fights. Always in the golfing-boxing-singing geniuses shadow.

But seriously if you have a fighter who looks like he is going to be a big thing they sometimes slap them on the undercard of that weights big thing. I guess Lennox was seen as the guy who would challenge Tyson later on, once Lennox had done his work and they were right...although it would take a decade or so.
