If Pacquaio really wanted the fight it would have happened, Khan had agreed terms, he was happy but Team Pacquaio wasn't and they pulled the plug.

Instead there is still talk of JEFF HORN.

If you remember Khan went on his wife's YouTube channel I believe and made a video annoucning the Mayweather was practically done and claimed the same thing again in numerous interviews so there were talks on many occasions, exactly the same as Pacquaio.

So therefore if Mayweather ducked Khan then so did Pacquaio.
