I agree, even if Khan did have a little success Mayweather would do what he always does and what he is famous for, he would make an adjustment and Khan wouldn't lay a glove on him.

And I urge anybody to watch that 8 minute video of Khan getting slapped around (that's not all his defeats or canvas hugging) and come back and tell me all those fighters can do something Mayweather can't.

 

No, Mayweather should come back and fight a Garcia, Thurman, Brook or even a Porter.

Does the fact that Floyd said he'd fight the winner of his poll mean nothing to you all? It doesn't matter that Khan would've likely lost, what matter is Floyd went against his word, decided to face the loser of the poll instead, using Broner as some form of justification.

He would give pbf a fight for about 2 rounds after he figured khan out he would be picked apart and schooled. Pbfs whole defense is designed to beat orthodox boxer punchers like khan. He loves facing them. Khan can't outbox pbf nor can he knock him out how does he win? Lesser fighters than pbf tooled khan.
As far as ducking maidana was far more deserving than khan who was going life and death with diaz ffs.

I really think PBF would knock Khan out. Khan was a one trick pony who was very vulnerable after 2 or 3 rounds and was KOed in just about every big fight he was in. Khan has no power, fights like a miniature robot only going forward and backwards and has literally no Ring IQ which Mayweather has one of the highest in Boxing. This fight would be a total wipe out in favor of Mayweather.

 

Why did Floyd even mention the poll winner to be who he'll fight?

This has gone from FM ducked him to who would have won but we will never know because it clearly was a duck. The poll which he was certain Maidana would win backfired badly. Then he came up with the go and get a title bullsh!t. Then after the Alexander fight where Khan displayed the quickest hands in boxing since prime RJJ he came up with another bs story that no one knew who Khan was. The hole in that story was Khan beat the guy in the poll who he fought twice by 20k votes 15k and beat him in the ring. Before you guys jump on ''what has Khan done to get a shot'' during the Maidana saga Khan was the mandatory for FM's wbc title but the wbc never had the balzs to enforce it. He was still the mandatory when the Pac fight came up and commissions will bypass a mandatory if champions fight to unify titles but the fact remains he should have been forced to fight Khan at least after 1st Maidana fight or be stripped. I'm not saying Khan would have won just that it was clearly a duck. One guy who thought Khan was a danger was Mayweather himself because he wanted no part of him.

 

I don't know why I think pbf really didn't know who he was going to fight next so he just put a poll out there to gauge interest. With that said if pbf had fought khan people would have just said he's ducking maidana who beat a lesser version of him in broner. Pbf can't win here for the record I wanted him to fight khan over maidana back then.
