hi all, new boxing fan here, ive done some research into "glass Jaws".. and have compiled all the evidence for and against the existence of them.

After deep study and ****ysis, the evidence led me to the conclusion that:

Glass jaws do not exist in boxing.

    in boxing??

glass jaws exist in human beings, boxers or not.

Some guys just don't take hard shots as well as others. That's the way it has always been.

Plus its not always about being TOUGH. A lot of tough guys with no quit in them when tagged with a great shot will black out way easier than other dudes. Especially if the head "swivels" on its axis from a hook or upper cut. If the neck and head go sideways too FAST with too much force the pressure will cut off the blood supply coming up through the neck. If this happens the body's reflex action is to shut down the brain and boom you will go to sleep even if its restored a half second later. The other type of knock out is simply from the brain itself, if the skull or head is hit too hard and the brain slams into the skull too hard the body will automatically shut down the brain and its lights out.

Toughness comes into play when the brain instead of going lights out NEARLY goes lights out and you become partially knocked out but still on your feet. If you are focused and tough as nails you can RIDE out this foggy feeling providing you don't panic and accept you are hurt. Zab Judah when he did the chicken dance against Kostya was in the state of partially knocked out. He didn't want to accept he was DAZED and thus tried to deny it instead of accept it and recover and thus the brain signals don't function NORMALLY and then you get the chicken dance.

Anyways, some guys just take punches and impacts to the head, jaw and skull better than others. :bbb

The evidence is there and cannot be denied.

Studies also show that the vast majority of glass per capita is found in the good 'ol U S of A. ****stani/ British person Amir Khan has had to relocate to America where he feels at home amongst fellow glass chinned chaps like Adrian Broner, Victor Ortiz, James Kirkland, Chad Dawson, Deontay Wilder and Eric Crumble.

I think Amir Imam might have a weak chin.

He got rocked by Ugas, and floored by Maldonado.
