They declined that offer, and they declined Arums second offer to have them petition the NSAC to hold random blood and urine testing before the fight. Floyd's side has refused that. What the **** do they want? Sperm samples?

It's getting old. The bottom line is that if Floyd hadn't made this ridiculous request in the first place, we would have a fight.

Pac has said from the beginning he would take as many urine tests as they want4ed. There is no evidence showing blood to be a better tests for PED's than urine.

But wouldn't you agree that there is certainly no guarantee that the NSAC would agree to such a request? If that's the case, why can't it just be done contractually?

    You continually keep repeating the same drivel while being disingenuous of the facts;

You know damn well USADA's test are superior to none. If a fighter is clean they need not to worry if the test is administered by USADA or the ****ing FBI.

Manny' camp said they don't want random testing during training camp or on the day of the fight. Why? Excuse 1. Manny is "superstitious" 2. Manny doesn't like to be pricked with needles 3. Manny having his blood drawn on the day of the fight would make him "weak".

How many lame excuses will you come out of Manny's camp and how often will you continue to defend these baseless and unfounded excuses?

Ha, I ****in' wish. Julia Bond is her name; she's one of the top pornographic actresses out there. I prefer her earlier stuff.

They are not the best but probably one of the ones that tests you more frequently. Their system has holes like they all do. No ones ever tested positive for HGH, you think they've never used.

Manny's position has always been the same: he doesn't want his blood taken too close to the fight. He feels that it physically weakens him. What's so hard to understand about that? He said that he'd give blood directly after the fight. What the **** is going to be in your blood 1-3 days prior that won't be there after the fight?

Arum's offer was to leave it up to the NSAC to control the testing. To my knowledge they never agreed to do it randomly, or anything out of the ordinary even. Show me where you read this. For all we know they'll run the normal, easily beatable drug tests and nothing will ever be proven. Floyd is at a strong suspicion (and for good reason now it seems) that Pacquiao is using PED's and wants him found out. Pacquiao's people are unwilling to comply with one simple demand (a demand that Floyd himself will also be subjected to), ones that wouldn't negatively effect him unless he truly was guilty. Pacquiao's 10 million per pound fining demand was if anything even more outlandish than Mayweather's drug testing proposal, and Floyd has been in full compliance the entire time. The only one putting this fight off is Pacquiao. I see only a few legitimate reasons why:

    A) He's taking steroids
    B) He's scared of Floyd

But I'm sure you guys will try to convince me he's simply scared of needles. What did they use for his tatoos, if you don't mind me asking?

See what I'm talking about, more lame and desperate excuses.

So is this the reason why Manny is stalling, because the USADA's test aren't the best? :rofl If it's not an excuse coming from *******s it's a desperate lie or outright contradiction.

Blood test right after the fight would be more accurate, plus the urine test. Void is a piece of fecal matter coming out of a chicken's arse!

That statement right there shows your limited knowledge on the subject at hand.

it's not about the test. it's about not allowing floyd bully pacman.

after the blood test what comes next? sperm test demand? you can only read that floyd has a plan. he is even demanding USADA agency instead of random 3rd party test. besides, why question boxing tests that has been goin on for 40 yrs? and why has floyd become so quiet when pacman wants to sue him and his dad?

Because there is no infallible evidence which suggest drawing blood from a world class athlete on the day of their event adversely effects their performance, NONE!

This is just another desperate excuse you will hold onto.
