While Floyd obviously won the fight if you actually take a minute to study the scorecards it reveals how she could have come up with a 114-114 score.

If you look at the other two judges scorecards they scored six different rounds for Canelo.

Metcalfe scored rounds 2,10 and 12 for Canelo.

Moretti scored rounds 3,9 and 11 for Canelo.

So if these two judges agreed with each other the fight would of been a draw.

3 rounds MAX to Canelo. The truth is that neither man looked sensational, but Mayweather was the clear winner in a dull fight. Canelo was not proven to be at the elite level and his prior fights showed that he was not there yet. But he was given a title and when that happens, these type of fights happen. If he was allowed to mature as a fighter naturally, this fight would have never happened.

If you were watching that fight, I don't care what rounds you give Canelo, if you scored it a draw, if a draw is what you saw, you're an idiot or bias (corrupt) or both. Plain and simple.

He easily lost the first two rounds, you mean.

If you think Canelo "easily" won 4 rounds, then scoring fights ain't for you. By all means, keep watching fights and enjoying them but put the pen and paper down when you do. Don't even keep score in your head.

Yeah, I noticed that too. I think the judges should state their criteria for scoring a round before the fight. Because what Metcalfe apparently likes.. isn't what Moretti likes.

This is the very reason why you can't blame Ross for the draw cause the fight is scored per round and each judge see the round differently. Just because the whole world saw the fight as a dominant performance doesn't mean its a shutout. Jesus Christ these are judges and have been doing their job for years. :patsch:patsch

    floyd outlanded canelo by 13 to 5, 11 to 7, 17 to 9 and 15 to 9, respectively, in rounds 1,2,11 and 12.

floyd also landed at a higher connect percentage of 43 to 19, 28 to 18, 46 to 22, and 39 to 22, respectively, in rounds 1,2,11 and 12.

your argument, from a statistical viewpoint, is ******ed to the point of serious pink coc-k syndrome.

you could give canelo 12th because floyd took it off and you could maybe give him 8.. i didnt but me and my mate said that was one of the closer rounds because floyd was not as active and we thought if they needed to find one round to give to canelo that was it..

PBF won the first 6 rounds hands down. Canelo won no more than 2 rounds in that fight. If you think he won 4 rounds in that fight then you clearly don't know how to score a fight.

I gave Canelo 2 rounds. One other round was fairly close so I could see 9-3. Anything from 9-3 to 12-0 I can see. 8-4 is a stretch but at least it's within reason. 6-6 is just ridiculous.

Pac outlanded Bradley more than Floyd outlanded Canelo on rounds that Bradley won on CJ Ross's scorecard so whats your point :-(
