Usyk is pretty good at not letting people hold him.
It's entirely possible to slip out of clinch attempt and make your opponent pay. James Toney was a master it.

But I agree, I wish refs would enforce the rules and stop letting fighters use holding as a strategy.

Im not a Fury fan per se, but I can’t imagine any Fury fan being afraid of Usyk. Fury will have that long jab in Usyk’s face all night. Even if Usyk gets inside, I’m not sure that’s where you want to be because Fury is one of the best dirty boxers in the business. Not “dirty” like cheats, dirty as in clinch, hit, hold, lean, and for such a big man has a great inside game. I can’t fathom someone picking Usyk to win, respectfully.

It's unlikely but I hope Usyk beats Fury.

I’d want to see it. Fury would be forced to be super aggressive and physical to try to get the W.

I have my loyalties divided a little on this one. I'm more of an Usyk fan but I wouldn't like to see Fury lose, in earnest.

Given last night, I favour Usyk.
I'd expect him to figure and enact a perfect strategy. That's what he does.
Plus, Fury has had his hardest fights with people just like Usyk: slippery ex-cruisers around Usyk's size, and southpaws. He was very hittable in the Wallin fight and Usyk is levels above the Swede.

I rate Fury's skills highly, but only relative to the division, Usyk is way beyond the division.

Why wouldn't you want to see a fight between two top competitors in the division? Weird.

Think people are too much into supporting individual fighters over the sport in general. Usyk vs Fury would be great for boxing, it needs to happen at some point.

I think this fight would make Fury have to fight harder than any other out there. I think he can utilise his size well enough to eek out an extremely close but clear decision.

I don't agree with people who point to how Cunningham did against Fury as some type of indication for how Usyk would do. If you watch that fight, not just read up on it or YouTube the highlights, it's incredibly obvious that Fury is clowning and showing off to the American audience. Fury is a lot of things but I don't think that stupid is one of them. There is no chance he will try the same **** against Usyk.
