The only thing you like right now is babbling and insulting your opponent, and lying is also your forte...

Jesus Christ no one with any knowledge of boxing is buying this hard fighting man nonsense from the Fury’s.

Even so, I think his reputation today is one of contradiction - and several pinches of salt. One of the reasons there was such a backlash against the cut - and its legitimacy - is that fans have such a hard time believing what he says anymore.

Agree with his - particularly the last paragraph. Fury has shown flashes of what it takes to be an ATG and, frustratingly, the potential to be one. But he has taken sideways leaps, tread water and taken part in fights which add nothing to his legacy. If he'd have continued building momentum after Wilder 2 - and beaten the other top and rising guys around - then he would be in that conversation. But, as noted here, he doesn't get a pass for not fighting people he should have.
I always think to Lennox Lewis, in discussions like this, who was the heavyweight champion when I was growing up. He not only cleaned out the top names from his era ... But also the perceived danger men on the way up. He left no doubt. That's the standard to follow, the one set by Ali etc... and shame on those who bestow greatness on Fury before he has actually got there.

And shame on those who bestow greatness on ANY fighter before they've actually got there.

Let fighters go down as greats without having proved it, and you encourage manufactured champs to duck basically all the good fights available whilst claiming they're the best around...

Fans can't complain about the top guys not fighting each other and then make excuses for their favourites ducking - you can't enable these guys and then lament everyone else following their model.

Compared to Joshua or Usyk? No.

he loves to promote that image though, like a lot of conmen.

You think a man who sat in his corner and asked his coach "why he felt like this" and quit and let a midget batter him around the ring is harder than Fury lol! Oh and admitted he isn't a 12 round fighter.

Usyk is hard but he's softer than a baba to the body
