He is worshipped in the Philapennes because he is like half of the freaking economy over there lol nice try. I don't care how nice someone is all I care about is if he can fight.
Both of them are incredible fighters but became cherry picking cowards Therefore, and as such, JMM is the true P4P King
He didn't clean out 135 because he had the chance to fight Dela Hoya, a guaranteed cash cow. A win against Dela Hoya gave him better exposure among casual fans especially in the American market. It paved the way to a possible Mayweather fight in the future. C'mon his fight before that was against Marquez. Give the guy a break. Diaz was merely a tune up fight for him. A gateway to bigger fights. And its true that Diaz was the weakest champion at 135 but he earned his belt and at least lasted more rounds than Hatton.
Don't beat yourself up for not getting it brah. Boxing is a complex sport and not everyone has a good understanding. Pac is P4P champ right now based on what he has done in the ring...the people he's beaten, the way he has performed and the level of comp. Yea, Floyd "was" P4P champ...a title he relinquished by retiring. He can get his crown back! He just has to go through the necessary steps in order to do so. Beating Pac is the fastest way to his old title. For what you say about floyd, you are right...but you are biased. Floyd had no rivals mainly because he doesn't fight guys who are on his level. A couple of times he has faced guys on or close to his talent/skill level he's had close fights. DLH and the first JLC fight. Pac on the other hand always looks for top level challenges for the most part. JMM is a rival but he should be 2 and 0 against JMM.
funny the tune didnt sound this way when the fight hasnt happened yet.:yep Pac moved up in weight..multiple times..not only recently. "DLH was supposed to beat PAC at whatever weight if it happened" but when it turned out the way it happened, the excuses came pouring in. Typical non-fan. Hatton, the man at 140 and undefeated at the division got annhialated in 2 rds. Its not only your recent fights that counts, its the way you performed and achieved your resume.
